Fly Into: Puerto Vallarta! There are lots of flight options, including direct flights from many major US cities. Shuttle service from the airport to the resort is included in your stay, and you’ll get more info on that as it gets closer.
Travel Dates: Angela and Ari will be arriving on January 29 and leaving February 4, 2025. You’re welcome to come for that whole time (or longer), and hope you can be with us at least from February 1 through 3. Check out the Activities Page for things we’re planning each day.
RSVP/Booking Due Date: We’re asking everyone to stay in our room block. There is a minimum of 3 nights, and we’re encouraging people to arrive on (or before) February 1, and leave on (or after) February 3, 2025 – as schedules and budgets allow. When you book your stay through Kate’s Travel, your room booking is your RSVP. Room bookings in our block are due by June 30, 2024, and final payments are due to Kate by September 18, 2024. If you’re making other travel arrangements, please let us know directly by November 1, 2024.
Costs: The resort is all-inclusive, and also includes transportation to/from the airport. There are several different room options, starting as low as $220/person/night, depending on room level, number of nights and number of people in the room. What to Pack: Tropical-wear, a swimsuit, and whatever you feel most comfortable in the rest of the time! Tip money for drivers, servers, etc is really useful, either in US Dollars or Pesos (which will get you faster/better service).
Kids: Don’t pack them. This is an 18+ shindig.
