A few tips and reminders:
Make sure you know where your passport is and check the expiration date. This is your last chance to make sure it is valid!
Bring plenty of $1’s and $5’s to use for tipping around the resort. I usually bring about $200 in small bills for a 5 night stay but typically come home with some cash left over.
Gentlemen – You’ll need long slacks, a collared shirt and closed toe shoes for dinner at the resort restaurants. Ladies – sundresses, skirts, slacks, capris and dressy sandals are all acceptable. You may want to pack a light sweater/wrap as it can get cool in the evenings.

If you are interested in local tours or activities, we recommend Lomas Travel. You can book your excursion and pay right here on their website. You can also schedule tours with them right from their tour desk in the hotel lobby.
Remember, the Mexican government has implemented an environmental tax that hotels are collecting upon check in/check out. You may be asked to pay 20.00 Mexican Pesos (about $1.10 US) per room per night. This is a new tax and is not included in packages regardless of booking dates.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Your travel documents will be in the mail within the next couple of weeks. The countdown is on!!”
